About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 No. 311-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, Art. 6252; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477) following changes:

1) Article 34 to add with part 3 following of content:

"3. The organizations and the state unitary enterprises specified regarding 1 this Article including their branches and representations, and also other organizations, participants (members) of which directly or indirectly are these organizations or the state unitary enterprises, cannot perform the activities in the field of customs affairs provided by Chapters 5 and 6 of this Federal Law.";

Item 2 of part 3 of Article 61 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2) the legal entity is not:

a) state company;

b) the organization or the state unitary enterprise specified regarding 1 article 34 of this Federal Law;

c) the organization, participant (member) of which directly or indirectly is the organization or the state unitary enterprise specified regarding 1 article 34 of this Federal Law;";

3) Article 67 to add with part 3 following of content:

"3. Cannot be included in the register of customs carriers:

1) state company;

2) the organization or the state unitary enterprise specified regarding 1 article 34 of this Federal Law;

3) the organization, the participant (member) of which directly or indirectly is the organization or the state unitary enterprise specified regarding 1 article 34 of this Federal Law.";

Part 6 of Article 70 to state 4) in the following edition:

"6. Additional terms of inclusion of the legal entity in the register of owners of warehouses of temporary storage are:
