Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 8, the Art. 323) the following change:
to state part 6 of Article 47 in the following edition:
"Buildings and constructions of the state educational organizations can be transferred only to the state and municipal educational organizations. Buildings and constructions of the state and municipal preschool educational and general education organizations are not subject to privatization and sale.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
