The developed draft of the resolution on assignment from reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for obligation fulfillment on decisions of the courts is sent in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for approval to the relevant state bodies. At the same time copies of executive documents and court resolutions of all instances are attached to the draft of the resolution.".
