About modification and amendments in the Law on industrial parks No. 182 of July 15, 2010

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on industrial parks No. 182 of July 15, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 561) to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 3:

"managing enterprise" to state concept of the following edition:

"managing enterprise - the company which according to the order of the Government received the status of the industrial park and which main object of activity is management of the industrial park and provision of services to residents of the industrial park;";

after the concept "objects of public property" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"assets within the industrial park - the fixed assets and other non-current assets which are in management and/or use and also in property of managing enterprise and/or residents of the industrial park;";

after the concept "holders of networks of engineering support public" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"the territory, free from any encumbrances, - the parcel of land allocated for the purpose of creation of the industrial park which is not encumbered with obligations, and also the third party rights;".

2. Add Article 5 with Item f) the following content:

"f) be in use of the job seeker of the status of the industrial park at least within 30 years or in its property.".

3. In part (1) Article 7 of the word and figure "in parts (2) and (Articles 6," shall be replaced with words 3) also in figure "in Article 6,".

4. In Item and) Article 8 of the word "managing enterprise;" shall be replaced with words "the job seeker of the status of the industrial park;".
