About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on local public finance No. 397-XV of October 16, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 248-253, 996), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 1:

state the concept "budgets of administrative and territorial units" of the following edition:

"budgets of administrative and territorial units - the local budgets representing budgets of villages (communes), cities (municipiums, except for municipiums of Belts and Chisinau), district budgets, the central budget of autonomous territorial education with special legal status and local authority budgets of Belts and Chisinau;";

in the concept "budgets of administrative and territorial units of the first level" of the word "municipium of Chisinau)" shall be replaced with words "municipiums of Belts and Chisinau)";

state the concept "budgets of administrative and territorial units of the second level" of the following edition:

"budgets of administrative and territorial units of the second level - the local budgets representing district budgets, the central budget of autonomous territorial education with special legal status and local authority budgets of Belts and Chisinau;";

in the concept "representative and authorized body of administrative and territorial unit" of the word of "administrative and territorial unit" to exclude, and shall be replaced with words the words "Chisinau local government board;" "local government boards of Belts and Chisinau;";

"executive body" to add concept with words ", примар municipium of Belts;"

in the concept "financial management" of the word "and municipium of Belts" to exclude;

after the concept "budget excess" to add Article with concept of the following content:
