About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning implementation of retail trade

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2002 No. 778 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About consumer protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 71, 5/10637; 2009, No. 31, 5/29207; 2010, No. 132, 5/31898):

1.1.1. in the Inventory of long-term use, for remedial action or replacement of which to the consumer the similar goods, approved by this resolution gratuitously are not provided:

to exclude from paragraph one of the word "and number aggregates to them";

after paragraph one to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Bodies, cabins, the chassis, frames, engines to cars";

to consider paragraphs of the second or sixth respectively paragraphs the third or seventh;

1.1.2. in the Inventory of long-term use, including components and components of the main product which after certain term can pose hazard to life, health, heredity, property of the consumer and the environment which service life the manufacturer, approved by this resolution shall establish:
