1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 2012 No. 183 "About approval of the Regulations on goods distribution network of the Belarusian organizations abroad, the qualifier of delivery types of the goods which are subject to accounting when implementing export transactions, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 28, 5/35331; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.07. 2013, 5/37484) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 2:

state subitem 2.1 in the following edition:

"2.1. inclusion in industry and regional events for achievement of indicators of the forecast of export and balance of foreign trade in goods and services for the next calendar year of specific actions for development, optimization and increase in overall performance of own subjects of goods distribution network (further - TPS) abroad, including the organization of monitoring of accomplishment of contractual commitments by them before the Belarusian producers;";

exclude subitem 2.2;

state subitem 2.5 in the following edition:

"2.5. representation two times a year (till February 10 and till August 10) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of information on analysis results of overall performance of TPS for the accounting period taking into account the following indicators:

growth rate of commodity export to subjects of TPS in comparison with the same accounting period;

ratio of growth rates of commodity export to subjects of TPS and growth rates of export in general during the accounting period;

commodity export surplus share to subjects of TPS in total amount of surplus of export for the accounting period;

absence at the subject of TPS of overdue receivables;";
