About entering of amendments into Item 29 of Regulations on testing and entering of grades into the Catalogue of plant varieties
The government DECIDES:
In Item 29 of the Regulations on testing and entering of grades into the Catalogue of plant varieties approved by the Order of the Government No. 43 of January 15, 2013. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 10-14, 71) to make the following additions:
1) to add the subitem with the words "and one year in the same conditions for the grades brought in the General catalog of grades of agricultural plants of the European Union" at the end;
2) to add the subitem with the words "and one year for the grades brought in the General catalog of grades of agricultural plants of the European Union according to the conditions specified in the subitem 1)" at the end;
3) to add the subitem with the words "and one year of effective production for the grades brought in the General catalog of grades of agricultural plants of the European Union" at the end.
