About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for test for alcohol and medical examination for determination of state of intoxication and its nature
The government DECIDES:
B item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for test for alcohol and medical examination for determination of the state of intoxication and its nature approved by the Order of the Government No. 296 of April 16, 2009. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 80-81, 347) to make the following changes:
subitems a) and b) state in the following edition:
"a) the minimum degree - in case of establishment of concentration of alcohol from 0,3 of g/l to 1,0 of g/l in blood, or from 0,15 of mg/l to 0,5 of mg/l in the exhaled air;
b) the expressed degree - in case of exceeding of concentration of 1,0 alcohol of g/l in blood or 0,5 of mg/l in the exhaled air".
