About modification of the Regulations on procedure for settlement between consumers of natural gas and the gas supplying organizations

For the purpose of streamlining of settlement for the delivered natural gas, maintenance of stable financial position of thermal power plants the Cabinet of Ministers DECIDES: SAC of Uzbekenergo, ensuring needs of consumers of the republic in electrical energy

1. Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for settlement between consumers of the natural gas and the gas supplying organizations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 26, 2005 No. 132 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 5, Art. 28), to state in the following edition:

"10. In case of selection by the consumer of gas in amount, over established in the signed agreement, and without preliminary approval of the supplier (except for the amount consumed by the population and the companies SAC of Uzbekenergo included in appendix No. 5 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 5, 2004 in No. 57) the increased payment in the following sizes is levied from the consumer of gas:

for the territorial gas supplying company - with 1,5 coefficient to the cost of the gas received over contractual amounts;

for other consumers with coefficient 2 to the cost of the gas received over contractual amounts.

At the same time the increased coefficients are applied to the specified consumers without amount of the natural gas consumed by the population and the companies SAC of Uzbekenergo included in appendix No. 5 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 5, 2004 in No. 57, connected to their gas networks".

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov.
