"7. Customs transactions concerning goods which are accepted by air carrier for shipment in the accompanied baggage with the place of departure in the territory of the Russian Federation (outside customs area of the Customs union) to the destination outside customs area of the Customs union (in the territory of the Russian Federation) with intermediate landing in the place of departure from the territory of the Russian Federation (the place of arrival on the territory of the Russian Federation) if the place of departure and the place of departure (the place of arrival and the destination) are located in the territory of the Russian Federation, can be made in the simplified procedure. The simplified procedure, conditions, in case of accomplishment by air carrier of which is allowed application of the simplified procedure, and the requirement to the necessary for application equipment and hardware of places of departure (places of arrival) of the goods specified in this part of the simplified procedure are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
