Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (at the level of heads of governments) solved:
1. Approve the Joint action plan of state members of EurAsEC on forming of total energy market for 2003 - 2005 it (is applied).
2. To provide to the governments of state members of EurAsEC together with Integration Committee of EurAsEC accomplishment of the Joint action plan specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
