About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2008 "About provision to foreign citizens and stateless persons of the status of the refugee, additional and temporary protection in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 158, 2/1451) the following amendments and changes:
1. In Article 32:
after part one to add Article with part of the following content:
"In case of identification of the personality the foreigner petitioning for protection except for of the foreigners who did not reach age of fourteen years is subject to obligatory state dactyloscopic registration according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.";
the second or fourth to consider parts respectively parts third or heel.
2. In Article 34:
in parts two and third to replace the word of "sixteen" with the word of "fourteen";
in part four to replace the word of "sixteen" with the word of "eighteen";
the seventh to state part in the following edition:
"After registration of the petition for protection if other is not provided by this Law, the foreigner is subject to obligatory state dactyloscopic registration according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, and to obligatory medical examination according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.".
3. In Article 36:
