About Crisis Management Centre under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring functioning of single management information system in emergency and crisis situations in the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 10, 17 and 25 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Create Crisis Management Centre under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic with the status of the legal entity based on structural division of central office of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic "Crisis Management Centre".

2. Determine that the Crisis Management Centre under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic is body of daily management of single management information system and it is intended for consolidation of information resources and opportunities of functional and territorial subsystems of the state system of Civil protection for the purpose of operational management in crisis and emergency situations.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.03.2021 No. 87

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15.11.2021 No. 264

5. To the ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic:

bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic projects of the Regulations on Crisis Management Centre under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic and other regulatory legal acts following from this resolution.
