About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning means from use (realization) of the state part of products according to production sharing agreements

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

 Item 55 parts two of Article 29 to state 1) in the following edition:

"55) 90 percent of means from use (realization) of part of products which remains in property of the state according to production sharing agreements, and/or means in the form of cash equivalent of such state part of products (except means from the state part of products made on the subsoil plot within the continental shelf and exclusive (sea) economic zone of Ukraine which are enlisted in the general fund of the government budget in full)";

 Part one of Article 71 to add 2) with Item 4-2 of the following content:

"4-2) 10 percent of means from use (realization) of part of products which remains in property of the state according to production sharing agreements and/or funds in the form of cash equivalent of such state part of products (except means from the state part of products made on the subsoil plot within the continental shelf and exclusive (sea) economic zone of Ukraine) which are distributed between local budgets of administrative and territorial units in the territory of which there is the respective subsoil plot, in such ratio: 5 percent - in the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or the regional budget; Percent 3,5 - in the district budget, percent 1,5 - to the rural, settlement or city budget. If the subsoil plot is located in the territory of several administrative and territorial units, funds between the corresponding local budgets are distributed within the established ratio according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
