About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on enhancement of legal regulation of activities of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The second Article 112 of the Code of penal procedure of Ukraine after figures "205" to add part with figures "205-1".

2. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

 Paragraph one of Article 164-15 after words of "false information" to add 1) with the words "or non-presentation at the scheduled time in economic court of the statement for initiation of proceedings about bankruptcy of the legal entity in the cases provided by the law";

 Paragraph one of part one of Article 166-11 after words of "documents for carrying out state registration" to add 2) with the words "and also other violations of the procedure for carrying out state registration of the legal entity or the physical person established by the law-the entrepreneur";

3) in Article 166-16:

the paragraph one of part one after words of "financial activities" to add with the words "including plans of sanitation or voluntary settlements";

add with part two of the following content:

"The same actions made by the manager of property, the managing director of sanitation, the liquidator -

involve imposing of penalty from seven hundred fifty to one thousand free minima of the income of citizens".

3. In the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 6, the Art. 56):
