About modification of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial" concerning transfer in insurance years of service of the period of child care leave before achievement of three-year age by it
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. In the paragraph the second part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 14, Art. 71; 2011, Art. No. 2-3, 11) of the word "Period of Receipt of Payments" shall be replaced with words "The period of child care leave before achievement of three-year age, receipt of payments by it".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. Determine that in case person was on child care leave before achievement of three-year age by it during the period since January 1, 2011 before entry into force of this Law, time of leave is set off in its insurance years of service.
