Bring in the Regulations on bodies of state examination of working conditions of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2002 No. 694 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 63, 5/10530; 2008, No. 288, 5/28803; 2010, No. 118, 5/31768; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.02. 2013, 5/36850), following amendments and changes:
1.1. the second Item 1 after words of "management (departments) of state examination of working conditions" to add part with words "(managements (departments) of state examination of conditions and labor protection)";
1.2. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Bodies of state examination of working conditions are formed for control of correctness of application of lists of the productions, works, professions, positions and indicators granting pension entitlement for work with special working conditions (further - lists), and the list of textile productions and professions for the purposes of professional pension insurance of the workers of textile production occupied on machines and machines (further - the list), quality of carrying out certification of workplaces by employers under the terms of work, and also supervision of compliance with law about work and provision of pensions concerning provision of compensations to workers for work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions.";
1.3. in Item 6:
in the paragraph the second "pensions" shall be replaced with words the word "provision of pensions";
