About introduction of amendments to article 130 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of responsibility for control of vehicles in condition of alcoholic, drug or other intoxication

1. In article 130 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:

"attracts imposing of penalty on drivers from two hundred to three hundred fifty free minima income of citizens or deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of one up to two years, or administrative detention for a period of seven up to ten days and on other persons - penalty from two hundred to three hundred fifty free minima income of citizens or administrative detention for a period of seven up to ten days";

to state paragraph two of part two in the following edition:

"attracts deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of two up to three years with paid withdrawal of the vehicle or without that or administrative detention for a period of ten up to fifteen days with paid withdrawal of the vehicle or without that and on other persons - administrative detention for a period of ten up to fifteen days with paid withdrawal of the vehicle or without that";

in the paragraph the second part three of the word "paid withdrawal of the vehicle" shall be replaced with words "administrative detention for a period of ten up to fifteen days with paid withdrawal of the vehicle".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
