About modification of Article 16 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care concerning closing dates of contracts with heads of the state, utility healthcare institutions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part the ninth article 16 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine about health care (Sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19; 2012, 14, 86) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Heads of the state, utility healthcare institutions are appointed to position by the conclusion of the contract with them from three to five years. If after the duration of the contract employment relationships actually proceed and any of the parties does not require their termination, operation of the contract is considered prolonged according to the law. The procedure for the conclusion of the contract with the head of the state, utility healthcare institution and standard form of such contract affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Contracts with heads of the state, utility healthcare institutions which were signed about day of entry into force of this Law are effective before the termination of term of their action.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of, the publication of this Law following behind day:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law, develop and approve the regulatory legal acts necessary for its realization;

provide reduction of the regulatory legal acts by the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
