About introduction of amendments to the Mountain law of Ukraine concerning providing with coal or peat briquettes

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Mountain law of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, Art. 433; 2001, No. 32, Art. 172; 2002, No. 6, Art. 35; 2008, No. 42-43, of Art. 293; 2009 No. 51, Art. 758; 2012, No. 5, Art. 39 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of October 16, 2012 No. 5459-VI) the following changes:

1. To add article 43 after part seven with new part of the following content:

"At the same time persons specified in part seven of this Article have the right to free providing with coal to domestic needs and work (worked) at the companies for production (conversion) of brown coal, can be provided instead of coal, on condition of fitness of system of heating, with peat briquettes".

With respect thereto the eighth to consider part part nine.

2. In Article 48:

To add 1) after part five with new part of the following content:

"At the same time persons specified in part five of this Article have the right to providing with coal to domestic needs and worked at the companies for production (conversion) of brown coal, can be provided instead of coal, on condition of fitness of system of heating, with peat briquettes".

With respect thereto the sixth or eighth to consider parts respectively parts of the seventh or ninth;

2) in part seven:

the first offer to add with the words "or peat briquettes";

the second offer after the words "providing with coal" to add with the words "or peat briquettes".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.

2. In three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
