Article 1. From the paragraph of the seventh of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About ratification of the Convention on legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal cases" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 73, 2/956; 2008, No. 157, 2/1446; 2011, No. 140, 2/1877) of the word "the Department of Internal Affairs on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude.
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2007 "About law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 173, 2/1360; 2008, No. 184, 2/1510; 2010, No. 173, 2/1716; 2011, No. 4, 2/1779; No. 140, 2/1877; 2012, No. 55, 2/1913) following amendments and changes:
1. In Article 2 part one:
to add paragraph two after the words "citizens)" and "organizations" respectively with the words "from criminal and other illegal encroachments" and "from criminal and other illegal encroachments according to competence of law-enforcement bodies";
in paragraph six:
words "persons who committed crimes" shall be replaced with words "persons accused whose location is unknown";
after the word "establishment" to add the paragraph with words of "persons who committed crimes";
to add the paragraph of the seventh with the words "according to competence of law-enforcement bodies";
the ninth after the word "rendering" to add the paragraph with the words "within competence of law-enforcement bodies".
2. To add article 6 part one after the word of "citizens" with the words "from criminal and other illegal encroachments".
