About questions of activities of customs authorities and modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of ensuring implementation by customs authorities of functions of automobile control at road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Determine that:

1.1. automobile control at road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus is exercised by customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus according to the procedure, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;

1.2. automobile control at road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus includes:

1.2.1. control over the implementation of the international motor transportations, including on the basis of the permissions issued according to international treaties of the Republic of Belarus on the international automobile communication;

1.2.2. control of driving of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles through highways public of the Republic of Belarus;

1.2.3. inspection of vehicles regarding determination of compliance of their weight and dimensional parameters to the admissible parameters established by the legislation;

1.2.4. studying of observance by owners (users) of heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicles of route and traffic conditions.

2. Grant the right:

2.1. to authorized officers of customs authorities to constitute protocols on the administrative offenses provided in Articles 18.42 and 18.43 (regarding control of the heavyweight and (or) large-size vehicle without the special permission issued according to the procedure, established by the legislation, or with violation of the conditions determined in such permission or variations from the route specified in this permission) the Code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses;
