the organizations performing operation of housing stock and (or) providing housing and communal services;
organizations of builders, partnerships of owners;
the organizations having apartment houses in property (economic maintaining, operational management) and performing leave of heat energy for needs of the population;
religious organizations;
the organizations of health care (their structural and (or) separate divisions) providing medical care in stationary conditions; prosthetic and orthopedic recovery centers and their structural and (or) separate divisions;
