Approve the enclosed Rules of interaction of officials of Dostyk customs of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan, employees of the Dostyk station of Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan temir Zhola national company, officials of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the military personnel of Separate check-point "Druzhba" of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan and staff of the controlling services in case of customs clearance of the loads moved through frontier with railway and road transport.

2. We reserve control of execution of this order.

1. General provisions

1. In these rules of interaction of officials of Dostyk customs of the Agency of customs control of the Republic of Kazakhstan, employees of the Dostyk station of Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan temir Zhola national company, officials of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the military personnel of Separate check-point "Druzhba" of the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - OKPP) and the staff of the controlling services in case of customs clearance of the loads moved through frontier with railway and road transport (further - Rules). "Loads" are understood as goods (material values) transported or intended for transportation by railway and road transport, car and also container sendings.

2. All goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and exported out of its limits are subject to customs control according to the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
