About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About natural monopolies"

Being guided by Item 26 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of approval of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About natural monopolies" with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of December 12, 2012 the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides Millie's No. 509-IVQD:

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About natural monopolies" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 155; 2006, No. 12, Article 1005; 2007, No. 11, Article 1053; 2008. No. 6, Article 462) to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 5 with part 3 following of content:

"3. The list of subjects of natural monopoly is established by relevant organ of the executive authority.";

2. In the second Item of the first part of Article 9 of the word "keep the state register" shall be replaced with words "represent offers to relevant organ of the executive authority for the purpose of establishment of the list".
