About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits"

Being guided by Item 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About social benefits" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 76; 2007, No. 10, Article 933; 2008, No. 6, Articles 464, 475; 2013, No. 1, Article 19, No. 6, Article 618) to make the following changes:

1.1. At the end of Article 4.0.1.12 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article

4.0.1.13 following content:

"4.0.1.13. benefit to the women having more than five children.";

1.2. In article 5 after the words "4.0.1.1-4.0.1.6 these Laws" to add with the words "and 4.0.1.13";

1.3. add with Article 7.0.10-3 of the following content:

"7.0.10-3. benefit to the women having more than five children - the women who gave rise and raising more than five children provided that children are living, on reaching one-year age the child who entailed emergence of this right;

1.4. At the end of Article 9.1.9 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article

9.1.10 following content:

"9.1.10. benefit to the women having more than five children - until the end of month in which the child will reach 18-year age.";

1.5. In Article 10.2 of the word "and 9.1.9" shall be replaced with words ", 9.1.9 and 9.1.10".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
