State registration of limited liability company with local investments in case of the accelerated electronic state registration is carried out without delay, and in case of regular electronic state registration - no later than 1 day.".

2. State Article 16.1 in the following edition:

"16.1. For entering into the state register of legal entities of data that the legal entity is in process of liquidation the liquidation commission (liquidator) within 15 days from the moment of the appointment shall file petition in relevant organ of the executive authority of the Azerbaijan Republic.".

3. Add with Articles 16.1-1 and 16.1-2 of the following content:

"16.1-1. The following documents are attached to the statement noted in article 16.1 of this Law:

16.1-1.1. decision on liquidation;

16.1-1.2. the official declaration confirming solvency;

16.1-1.3. the document confirming publication of primary information on liquidation of the legal entity, procedure and terms of presentation of requirements of creditors in the printing edition in which data on state registration of legal entities are published in the Azerbaijan Republic, and seal.";
