1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Service of homeland security, Committee on protection of Frontier of Service of homeland security, the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights, the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies and the State center of personalisation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - GTsP) about accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Directory of open keys of International Civil Aviation Organization (further - DOCK of ICAO).
2. Determine GTsP authorized body of the Republic of Uzbekistan by interaction about DOCK of ICAO.
3. Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the state center of personalisation:
implementation of necessary procedures for accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to DOCK of ICAO;
the direction of certificates of biometric documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan in DOCK of ICAO;
receipt of certificates of biometric documents of foreign countries from DOCK of ICAO and subsequent their direction to the relevant competent authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, since 2014 to provide in accordance with the established procedure allocation of GTsP of means within the approved budgetary appropriations for payment registration and annual equity fees of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the budget DOCK of ICAO.
