Article 1

The note to Article 20.25 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Notes:

1. Foreign citizens and stateless persons are not involved in the administrative responsibility for making of the administrative offense provided by part of 1 this Article if they timely did not pay administrative fine which was ordered to pay by it along with administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation.

2. Administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation of the foreign citizen or the stateless person in the form of controlled independent departure from the Russian Federation is not applied to the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship brought to the administrative responsibility for the administrative offense provided by part 3 of this Article.";

2) Article 31.5 to add with part 3 following of content:

"3. Delay or extension of the deadline for executing the resolution on purpose of administrative punishment in the form of administrative penalty is not applied to foreign citizens and stateless persons by which administrative fine is ordered to pay along with administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation.";

3) in Article 32.2:

a) 1 after the words "in legal force" to add part with words ", except for the case provided by part 1.1 of this Article";
