1) regarding 3rd Article 12 the second offer to state in the following edition: "The judicial police officer-contractor directs the relevant resolution for execution.";

2) in Article 24:

a) regarding 1 word "about executive actions and about measures of forced execution or are caused to the judicial police officer-contractor or to the place of making of executive actions" shall be replaced with words "about time and the place of making of executive actions or applications of measures of forced execution or are caused to the judicial police officer-contractor";

b) add part 2 with the offer of the following content: "At the same time the judicial police officer-contractor shall notify specified persons on making of executive actions or on application of measures of forced execution no later than the next working day after day of their making or application.";

c) state part 3 in the following edition:

"3. The notices addressed to the claimant and the debtor are sent to the addresses specified in the executive document. The notice addressed to person participating in enforcement proceeding goes at the place of residence or the location of such person. The notice can be directed on place of employment of the citizen participating in enforcement proceeding.";
