About modification of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine of rather correspondence criminal proceedings

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Code of penal procedure of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) the following changes:

 Part the second Article 52 to add 1) with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) concerning persons concerning whom the correspondence criminal proceedings are performed, - from the moment of decision making about its implementation";
