About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning responsibility for the administrative offenses in the field of traffic safety fixed in the automatic mode

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

To add 1) with Article 14-2 of the following content:

" Article 14-2. Responsibility for the administrative offenses in the field of traffic safety fixed in the automatic mode

The administrative responsibility for the administrative offenses in the field of traffic safety fixed in the automatic mode (by means of the technical means allowing to perform photographing and/or video without participation of the operator), is born by person behind whom the vehicle is registered.

If the vehicle is registered behind the company, organization, the organization, person who managed the vehicle at the time of making of administrative offense is brought to the administrative responsibility. Information on such person is provided by the director, organizations, the organizations on request of the official of division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which ensures traffic safety, according to Article 279-2 of this Code. For failure to provide the specified information (provision of false information) the director, organizations, the organizations is brought to the administrative responsibility according to the procedure, provided by this Code.

If the vehicle is registered outside the territory of Ukraine and according to the legislation is not subject to state registration in Ukraine, person who imported such vehicle on the territory of Ukraine is brought to the administrative responsibility.
