About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2009 No. 780 "About approval of the Regulations on the Republican budget commission"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2009 No. 780 "About approval of the Regulations on the Republican budget commission" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 18, Art. 155; 2011, No. 7, Art. 87) following changes and amendment:

in the Regulations on the Republican budget commission approved by the above-named Decree:

in the subitem 2) Item 5:

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"to expenses of administrators of budget programs on planning period taking into account the conclusions of the central authorized body on state planning according to drafts of strategic plans or projects of changes and amendments in strategic plans, to budget requests, projects of administrators of the budget programs which are not developing strategic plans;";

the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"to the list and amounts of budget programs for financing of actions of emergency or warlike situation constituted by the central authorized body on state planning;";

the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"to settlement of disagreements between administrators of budget programs and the central authorized body on state planning;";

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"to the list and amounts of conditionally financed expenses;";

state Item 16 in the following edition:

"16. Working body of the commission is the central authorized body on state planning.".
