About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About tourism"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About tourism" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 8, the Art. 395) the following amendments and changes:

3. In paragraph six of Article 3 of the word of "the state and non-state governing bodies of tourism" shall be replaced with words "authorized body in the field of tourism".
4. In Article 10:

regarding 3 words to "state body of management of tourism" shall be replaced with words to "authorized body in the field of tourism";
in part 5 of the word "state body of management of tourism" shall be replaced with words "authorized body in the field of tourism".
5. In Article 15:
state part 1 in the following edition:
"Professional training and advanced training of specialists in the field of tourism are performed by the highest professional and average professional educational institutions on the specialties established by the state qualifiers of the directions and specialties of the higher and secondary professional education and also by specialization of graduates of other specialties according to requirements of development of the tourist industry.";
