About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies and organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies and organizations of criminal and executive (penitentiary) system" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 12, the Art. 554) the following changes and amendments:
1. Recognize preamble invalid.
2. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legal basis of activities of criminal executive system
The legal basis of activities of bodies and organizations of criminal executive system is constituted by the Constitution, this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the international agreements which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. Add the law with Article 3-1 of the following content:
"Article 3-1. Subject of regulation of this Law
This Law determines bases of activities of the bodies and organizations performing according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic execution of criminal penalties, detention of persons accused of making of crimes, the status of criminal executive system, legal status of personnel of penitentiary service.".
4. To state part 4 of Article 6 in the following edition:
"For the benefit of development of the social sphere of criminal executive system, and also involvement of convicts to work the relevant companies according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic can be created.".
5. To state part 3 of Article 7 in the following edition:
"The structure and states of organizations of criminal executive system, and also regulations on the specified organizations affirm according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
6. Regarding the 4th Article 8 of the word "the head of state body of criminal executive system" shall be replaced with words "Government".
