Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2002 No. 101-FZ "About land turnover of agricultural purpose" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3018; 2003, No. 28, Art. 2882; 2004, No. 41, Art. 3993; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3098; 2011, No. 1, Art. 47) following changes:
Item 3 of Article 9 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3. The lease agreement of the parcel of land from lands of the agricultural purpose which is in the state-owned or municipal property consists for a period of three up to forty nine years, except as specified, established by this Federal Law.
