1. Item 8 of the Procedure for preparation and the execution of decisions of rather public associations approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 14, 2012 No. 1845/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 18, 2012 for No. 2103/22415 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice Ukraine of September 23, 2013 No. 1991/5), after the paragraph of third to add with new paragraphs the fourth - the eleventh the following content:
