About entering of amendment into the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2012, No. 6, the Art. 2396) the following amendment:

add Article 14 with part of 8-1 following content:

"8-1. Video and audio recording of open session of the Government are published in full, without reducing, on the official site of the Government or on public video portals with obligatory placement of references on the official site of the Government within 2 working days after holding meeting. In case of impossibility of the publication of video or audio recording of meeting of the Government at the scheduled time the Government office publishes information on term during which record will be published.

Records of closed meetings are stored in the Government with observance of the mode of privacy.".

Article 2. This constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.

To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this constitutional Law.
