About entering of amendments into the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 10, the Art. 442) the following amendments:

4. To add part 1 of Article 36 with Item 19-1 of the following content:
