Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of June 12, 2002 No. 67-FZ "About basic guarantees of the voting rights and the participation rights in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 24, Art. 2253; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3104; 2006, No. 31, Art. 3427; 2009, No. 7, Art. 771; 2010, No. 23, Art. 2794; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3536; No. 31, Art. 4702; 2012, No. 50, Art. 6961; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1648) following changes:

Item 10 of Article 61 after the words "stationary boxes for vote" to add 1) with words ", made of transparent or translucent material according to the standard rates of processing equipment approved by Russian Central Election Commission according to the subitem "b" of Item 9 of article 21 of this Federal Law";

"Necessary quantity of portable ballot-boxes out of the room for vote" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 8 of Article 66 of the word "necessary quantity of the portable ballot-boxes made of transparent or translucent material according to the standard rates of processing equipment approved by Russian Central Election Commission according to the subitem "b" of Item 9 of article 21 of this Federal Law for the organization of vote out of the room for vote".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
