About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Export Control"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 18, 1999 No. 183-FZ "About export control" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 30, Art. 3774; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3101; 2007, No. 49, Art. 6044; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3880; No. 30, Art. 4590; No. 50, Art. 7351) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the internal program of export control - the actions of organizational, administrative, information and other nature performed by the Russian participants of foreign economic activity for the purpose of observance of rules of export control;";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"the mode of license-free export of separate types of controlled goods - form of implementation of foreign economic activity in case of which export from the Russian Federation of certain group or the nomenclature of controlled goods of the Russian origin does not require receipt of the licenses provided by this Federal Law.";

Paragraph two of Article 7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"identification of controlled goods and technologies, that is establishment of compliance of specific goods, information, works, services, results of intellectual activities which are objects of the external economic transactions, to the goods and technologies included in lists (lists) specified in article 6 of this Federal Law, and also determination acting concerning such goods, information, works, services, results of intellectual activities of the prohibitions and restrictions of foreign economic activity established by this Federal Law, other Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation accepted according to them;";
