1) minors, for the first time convicts for a period of up to five years;
2) men is more senior than 60 years, and also 55 years are more senior than women;
3) the persons who are the single supporter in family, having at least two minor children or children with limited opportunities of health or dependent on which there are disabled parents of the I group;
4) the women having children under three years, and also expectant mothers;
5) disabled people of I and II groups;
6) persons whose unexpired part of punishment on the date of the introduction of this Law in force constitutes less than one year;
7) persons who for the first time committed crimes of small weight and less serious crimes.
