About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 2012 No. 59
For the purpose of streamlining of placement and construction of facilities in borders of National park "Bialowieza Forest" I decide:
1. Part the sixth Item 5 of the Regulations on National park "Bialowieza Forest" approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 9, 2012 No. 59 "About some questions of development of especially protected natural territories" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 24, 1/13301), to state in the following edition:
"Placement and construction of facilities in borders of national park are performed on the projects approved with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Architecture and other state bodies according to the legislation. The choice of the location of the parcel of land in borders of national park is made for construction in coordination with organization and taking into account opinion of territorial authority of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection specified in the act of the choice of the location of the parcel of land.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
