About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 5, the Art. 153) the following amendments and changes:

Availability at citizens of the admission to data of higher degree of privacy is the basis for access them to data of lower degree of privacy.";

"For the citizens allowed to the state secrets on permanent basis the following privileges are established:

- percentage allowances to official pay rate depending on degree of privacy of data to which they have access, established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
