1. Add with Article 200-3 of the following content:

"Article 200-3. Non-presentation by legal entities of data, necessary for the state register

2. Under Article 223-1:

2.1. in Article 223-1.1 of the word "the legal entities receiving" shall be replaced with words "issuing... legal entity or physical person of the Azerbaijan Republic, or donors, recipients of the Azerbaijan Republic being branch or representation of the legal entity of the Azerbaijan Republic, or receiving grant", after the word "obtaining" to add with the word to "(issue)", to the word "official" to add with the words "on physical persons at the rate from one thousand to two thousand manats";

2.2. add with Article 223-1.4 of the following content:

"223-1.4. Making by non-governmental organizations, branches or representative offices of non-governmental organizations of foreign states in the Azerbaijan Republic, or banks of banking and any other activities under agreements (resolutions) on the receipt (issue) of grants which are not registered according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About grant"

attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of two thousand five hundred to five thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from five thousand to eight thousand manats.".

3. Add with Articles 340-2, 340-3, 340-4 and 340-5 of the following content:

"Article 340-2. Violation of the law about non-governmental organizations

Implementation by non-governmental organizations, branches or representative offices of non-governmental organizations of foreign states in the Azerbaijan Republic any activities based on changes (the changes made to constituent documents, or subsequent change of the facts which are earlier registered in the state register of legal entities) which did not undergo state registration in the procedure established by the legislation, ignorance by public association of the register of his members, not direction of income gained as a result of business activity on the purposes of the organization, not conclusion of contracts with persons involved in voluntary activities, occupation by the activities contradicting the provided charter (provision) to the purposes

attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons at the rate from one thousand to two thousand manats, on officials at the rate from two thousand to three thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from five thousand to eight thousand manats.". 

4. In Article 348-3.0.5 the word "for... -" to replace with semicolon and to add with Article 348-3.0.6 of the following content:

"348-3.0.6. preventing of activities of supervision bodies by the participant of monitoring or other persons participating in monitoring including non-presentation of reply to the requests, required documents and data, provision of false data -".

5. In article 360.1 of figure "199-204" to replace with figures "199-200-2, 201-204".
