About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 11, the Art. 1032) the following amendments and changes:

1. To add the paragraph of the eighth article 3 after the word "pensions" with words ", except for pensions of persons with limited opportunities of health which size is lower than basic part of the pension established according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. Third to state the paragraph to part 1 of Article 7 in the following edition:

"-the pupils of initial professional educational institutions, students of averages and the highest professional educational institutions studying on full-time at budget or contractual basis if contract value is financed by citizens and legal entities within charity, before achievement of age by them eighteen years.".

3. In paragraph seven of part 2 of Article 8 of the word of "twenty three years" shall be replaced with words "eighteen years".

4. To add paragraph two of part 1 of article 9 after the word "pensions" with words ", except for pensions of persons with limited opportunities of health which size is lower than basic part of the pension established according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic".

5. Regarding 1 Article 10:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"-children with limited opportunities of health - up to eighteen years;";

in paragraph five to replace the word "aged" with the word "elderly".

6. State Article 11 in the following edition:

"Article 11. Sizes of monthly social benefits
