1. Article 297 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, 131) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to Art. No. 25-26, in the following edition:

are punished by restriction of freedom for a period of three up to five years or imprisonment for the same term.

3. The actions provided by parts one or the second this Article, committed repeatedly or by previous concert group of persons, or from mercenary or hooligan motives, or on the monument built in memory of those who fought against Nazism in the years of World War II, the victims of Nazi prosecutions, and also soldiers internationalists and peacekeepers, or connected using violence or threat of its application, -

are punished by restriction of freedom for a period of four up to five years or imprisonment from four to seven years.
