About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 28, 2011 No. 1240
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 28, 2011 No. 1240 "About approval of the State program on prevention and anti-corruption for 2011-2015" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 94, Art. 3431; 2012, No. 32, the Art. 1182) changes which are applied.

1. To add Item 2 of the resolution after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Determine the officials responsible for coordination and accomplishment of the actions provided by the Program,".
With respect thereto paragraphs two and third to consider respectively paragraphs the third and fourth.
2. In the State program on prevention and anti-corruption for 2011-2015 approved by the specified resolution:
The Section "Expected Results, Efficiency of the Program" after the paragraph of the sixth to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The annual efficiency evaluation of accomplishment of the Program is carried out by the customer with involvement of the public. Results of such assessment join in the report on results of holding actions for prevention and anti-corruption as constituting information on condition of realization by certain President of Ukraine of National anti-corruption strategy for 2011 - 2015".
With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the seventh the paragraph the eighth;
In paragraph one of the Section "Amounts and Sources of Financing" of the word to "the main manager of budgetary funds" to replace 2) with the word to "contractor".
3. In appendices to the Program:
1) in appendix Item 5 1 word of "Ministry of Education" shall be replaced with words "Mindokhodiv, the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining, Minprompolitiki, Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources, MON, Gosstat, GIUZ, Gospredprinimatelstvo, Treasury, Gosfinmonitoring, Public institution" Government contact center", and exclude words" State Customs Service, traffic police ";
Appendices 2 and 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
