The law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About education" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 9, Article 684; 2011, No. 2, Article 70) to add with Article 14.8-1 of the following content:
"14.8-1. The payment for education during the period of obtaining by the children who lost parents and deprived of parent guardianship, and also is paid by persons from their number of education on paid basis in the public, local and private institutions of the higher and secondary vocational education for the account of means of the government budget.".
